Porto Cervo, 11 November 2019. Daniele Nanni, YCCS sporting member and One Ocean representative, set out on 5 October for the 22nd edition of the Mini Transat.
After the first leg from La Rochelle to Las Palmas, the second stage is now underway which sees the fleet cross the Atlantic, covering 2,700 miles before arriving in Martinique.
Now approximately half way through the leg, with around 1,260 miles left to go to the finish line, Nanni is racing well and currently holds 24th place among the 65 boats in the Mini 6.50 Production division.
Sailing in this second leg can last as long as 20 days, follow the race here.
